Frequently asked questions
When does the platform open?
It is under construction. Waitlist members will be notified first; registered centres and prescribers will be contacted before the public opening to prepare their listing and their code.
How much does it cost?
Joining the waitlist is free and without commitment. Pricing terms for centres and the prescriber commission rate will be communicated before launch — no surprises after the fact.
What if I cancel my session?
Each centre shows its cancellation policy before payment. If a refund applies, it is handled by the centre — we never promise an instant refund.
Do I need to install an app?
No. BioH Care runs in the browser, on mobile and desktop. Prescribers can also do everything over WhatsApp.
As a prescriber, how do I know I will be paid?
Every booking paid through your link creates a commission line visible in your dashboard, with its status and the date of the next monthly payout. Each payout run generates an auditable execution record — who validated it, when, and which amounts.
Only hyperbaric chambers?
Chambers first. The foundation is designed to take on other equipment — sauna, cryotherapy — without a rebuild.
