What this page covers

This policy covers only the BioH Care waitlist (this site). The booking platform itself, under construction, will have its own dedicated policy — health data included — before it opens.

What we collect

• Your email address;
• the profile you chose (client, centre or prescriber);
• your city, if you provide it.

Nothing else. This form collects no health data.

Why

A single purpose: informing you of the BioH Care launch and preparing your registration. Legal basis: your consent (the form’s checkbox). No resale, no advertising sharing.

For how long

Until the platform opens. If you do not create an account within [12 months — duration to be confirmed] after launch, this data is deleted.

Your rights
